28 May 26:What I experience in Today’s UT session is that I learnt to be more present to my thoughts and feelings, They are not me, they don’t define me. I separate myself from them.I observed I let noise distracts me from feeling them. I made alot of disempowered feelings wrong, I do not have patience listening to problems, issues and I made them wrong. These are projections. Hence I do not allow myself to feel these negative and disempowered feelings and Hence I get agitated when others want to express their negative feelings to me. I’m happy and joyful most of the times, it could be an illusion that I do not allow imperfection in my life. Hence I hold very high standards to how I feel everyday. Those feelings are preventing me from feeling like a failure, loser, weak and vulnerable. I have learnt to embrace and accept them, let them be in my life whenever I feel it and hopefully...

Attended UT Coaching, there was explanation and experiential process to help translate the theoretical learnings into practical application. Great session.

I worked on my work anxiety and feeling that nothing works during this UT Monthly Coaching session.
Through the process by Miranda, I brought myself to experience the feeling of hopelessness and that nothing is going to change. In the end I surfaced my feeling of worthlessness, being weak, too slow, stupid.
At the end, I chose to vibrate the frequency of love, joy, gratitude, unconditional trust, abundance, even if things don't go my way, even if I fail.
I got experience how my highest version of self, living my largest life, would feel like and the how I would show up. So I can start showing up in that way NOW. And I attract what/who I am.

I went into the process to process the fear of my loved ones dying. And what surfaced for me was a deep confrontation with myself. Beneath the fear of my loved ones dying lies a deeper fear. If the people I love is no longer here, who am I without them? Their presence is intertwined with my sense of identity and meaning. Love is not just an experience, I unconsciously built my reason for living around it. So the extreme end, Death, began to symbolise aloneness, loss of meaning for me, a disconnection from pure love. And then another layer emerged. Maybe my life was oriented towards loving others, and being loved by others. But not fully towards myself. Who am I when no one is reflecting love back to me? Can I hold meaning beyond attachment? What is left of me when roles, relationships, external anchors all fade away? If meaning is not solely dependent on others... Then I am not...

Miracle Life has always been a place I turn to when I meet obstacles in my life. It has always helped me to heal within and overcome the difficulties in my life.

It helps me to heal my wounds bit by bit, to become a better version of me. In different areas of my life, I have taken a different perspective and they have helped me to heal and feel better. This causes the world around me to shift and things become better.

in tonight session, finding whether am i aligned with my life calling ,it came to knowi that i shld be enjoying at the moment ,having the trust,faith at one hand,enjoying believing ,fun,on the other hand as i need to be joyful,happy in order for my crown n heart chakra to be opened n received more from divine calling at the same time ,move so that there is energy ,momentum to attract the right ppl ,situation into my life,make decision in a clear space without fear n feel to move on or stop ,being very present to what shown up n what am i drawn to ,of being fulfilled, energerise and inspire to do more.

I used to think that life purpose/the future, and the present are two different goals that are in direct conflict with each other, and that in order to gain more of one, the other had to be sacrificed. However, after today's coaching, I am starting to see that the present is just a stepping stone to the future, and that there is every reason I am able to use hedonism to in fact develop myself to my future. My fear of indulging too much into the present for sacrificing my future, now that I think about it, might actually be why I am not as close to my purpose as I'd like to be; I'm not letting myself explore enough, go do something, fail more, and learn :P
