I just attended 6days Ultimate Transformation. I had experience a lot of breakthrough especially align with my core values and mission. My mission is to educate myself and others to be Healthy & live a Happy & Purposeful life. I will continue to share the science of Nutritional Immunology to help them attain great health and enrol business partners with the same vision as me to help others achieve great health and live a purposeful life.

Finished Ultimate Transformation, a process of being part in intense exposure therapy of my fears in a safe space to allow me to fully feel, and transform a number of views of my life, ways I would not have seen before, and having clarity of myself and visions for my future

In the 6 days training of Ultimate Training ,I had found my life mission
That is to heal to love so that we can live an enlightenment ,fulfillment and abundance life!
My take away from this training is I need to find out what is my core values like Being Gratitude,Trust,Abundance,Love and add values and follow by my vision.
I finally manage to find out how to get in touch with my soul calling,to pull out my deep down emotions n let it run its course.I need to feel and experience it fully so that it can flow through me n out of me.
This experience is truly unbelievable .I felt so warmth n relieve after that

I love MiracleLife Pte Ltd because it makes me realised my mission and life purpose, allowing me to connect with people including my loved ones.

Biggest impact I get from today session is that I choose my choice because I choose it.

I learnt about what is the different of choice and decision ..
Choice is where I can chose out there from everything .
Decision is like killing off there is a limitation and it may not be coming from empowerment .
By chosing all out from there I made a choice and this choice come from freedom,empowernment space and it give me the confidence and peace in making that choice.

I make my choice and choose the answer instead of deciding and kill off my own privileges.
Choose and decision have a different feeling within me, choose make me feel lighter within myself instead of grudge when I decide.

It teaches me
Decision kills off and choice is consider everything and you choose .
Excel sheet help to take away the emotions and the number help u to get the decision.writing the pros and cons is another way
So to prepare for next year it is to take chart of regrets learning friends

Growth is a journey that continues. today, i learnt and relearn that my triggers are there for me to grow. confusion may arise and it can be great as this could be just the thing that I need for my growth and expansiona

In tonight training on how to take off my flitter of untrust I went through a process and came to realised that I still had the feeling of hurt,sadness,unwanted of what my hubby had done to me on one of his lying incidents .I am so broken by what he did .I feel the fear of being alone,unloved ,unwanted n being abandoned.Somehow saw some broken and sinking boats n with a shadow of granny on it.Saw dark cols of purple,dark blue n black lights ,a tall building out of nowhere n long green grasses.Somehowi saw the one I used to have crushed on, I feel the warmth in my heart n on my left forearm. I came to realised that I need to love myself more,appreciating everything of me n let it attract what I already have n add on to it .

During today's process, I had the awareness that I felt betrayed, unworthy, loser, not good enough, abandonment, rejection, fear of losing, and not being liked.

I have regrets of not being fully vulnerable and express myself and showing my love. After the process, I could feel my heart open again. I feel love, openness, able to be more vulnerable, more myself, accepting, big heart, happiness, bliss, loving and love myself even more.

This UT process is amazing and able to let me release my disempowering feeling that might be limiting me from achieving the things I want and limiting me from being genuine and taking risk in being fully vulnerable, more trusting, be more authentic and have the courage to express and fully be myself.

During this month's UT coaching session, I had gone back to a past incident where I felt betrayed, abandoned, unloved and lonely as a child. Hence I had lost trust, including trust in myself. Now I feel compassion, love, gratitude. For her love and giving me her all. She wanted me to experience life, didn't know how else to do it, and she was also afraid of being unloved by me. I trust I can rise up to any given occasion, trust that I can get what I'd love, trust I am stronger than I think, trust everything happens for a purpose. Thank you ML!! :)

In a session with Miracle Life, I see the important to be more in flow than insist certain way I like, or like it to be treat as, and certain way of outcome it shall be.

After the process, I feel free. I touched based with something I haven't felt in a long time. I found out who I truly am at my lowest and how to bounce back.

Miracle life has been a helping tool for me,to be able to understand myself heal my wounds and connect with my love ones more easier. It was a blessing to be in this family that transform people’s life

For the session I have with Miracle Life, I realise I easily went into my default mode of judging myself of who I am, being fix and that's the reason why I cant break out of it. Now Is to make a change so as to achieve different result.

Miranda encourages us to look within and heal our wounds. Powerful.

I learn practical handles as to how to heal the wounds and these wounds can be the weeds that I pulled out and then go on to plant new seeds to grow
There is a list that help you identify areas of weakness.so for me it is healing hurts and then even other things but deal with that wound first

I like the training today because it makes me realised what is affecting me right now, and what I need to do to resolve it. Most importantly, I have taken immediate action to resolve it and I have felt a great sense of relief thereafter. Though it has taken me some time to realise the issue until the training, nevertheless it is never too late to take action! Highly recommended for people to explore what is in it for them!

1.questions hooked the mind so ask them and support child in learning
2. Add joy to spouse
3.ask spouse what they think also
Tonight they gave out something that can help me to see how I can overcome the things using the list given .
If I don’t heal I drag everyone down and don’t wish to be a burden to them so I evolve and grow

I had takeaways and breakthroughs. However, the duration was a bit long. It would be nice to have more group / pair activities at the beginning to increase engagement and energy levels! Thank you!

Today's Intimate Factor session, a great relearning session and learnt a impactful dialogue which we could implement immediately. Got to see from a different perspective from my spouse's point and feels it has achieved what I was seeking. A heart to heart connected conversation.

My 3 biggest takeaway from Intimate Factor training on 1 July 2023 :
1. I choose Love over Significance to resolve relationship issue with the other person
2. Whatever challenges or addictions that I encountered in my life are symptoms of my wounds, such as I am not loved
3. Soul mates are those who trigger each other’s wounds and still hang in there for each other
