Judy, who is the dispatch operator, went above and beyond the call of duty to help troubleshoot and find someone to come fix our problem on a holiday weekend.

Ryan, the service technician, couldn’t have been more professional. He arrived at our house within 15mins of the service call (on a holiday wknd). Upon arrival, he was determined to solve what could’ve been a major issue by investigating all potential problems. Ultimately, Ryan saved us $$$$$ by calling his boss, sending in photos in real-time, and using multiple different machines at no additional cost.

We had a gas line leak going to our stove. Within 4 hours someone came and got it fixed. Very professional and kind. Definitely recommend.

I called miracle plumbing at 9pm and they had someone over to me within 30 minutes. I thought they were very reasonable, especially for being after hours and they also were upfront with all costs as we went along. Ryan and David were my plumbers and they did a superb job of finding the source of a bad leak in my unit and they were super nice too. They worked clean as they went along too. Definitely recommend them!!

Excellent service at reasonable price!

I had a water pipe leak in my house recently which caused a lot of inconveniences. I called multiple plumbing companies and Miracle Plumbing was the only company that provides same-day service, which was a huge plus for me!

The staff who helped me was David. David's on-time, very professional and very candid and straightforward about the pricing structures. He was able to identify the location of the leak and repaired it, in less than 3 hours!

If I ever run into similar problems in the future, I will choose Miracle Plumbing without hesitation. If you have water leak problems, I highly recommend David, as he's very professional and knowledgeable, and really knows the work.

After making several calls and hearing outrageous estimates for a simple shower repair,, I finally made the right phone call to Miracle and met Judy and Phil over the phone... not only were they friendly and knowledgeable and accommodating , they were above all,, very honest and they also were able to send David out the following day to take care of what I needed for my shower. David was very knowledgeable and patient and great to work with.

Especially during these difficult times, this company knows how to treat people and provide exceptional customer service..

Had to leave a review because Judy and Ryan are amazing and Miracle Plumbing deserves a stellar review! I've been dealing with a faucet that one day suddenly seemed to have lost pressure. All other water sources were working fine, but this one faucet one day was reduced to a trickle. Finally decided to call plumbing after just suffering for months. Turns out it was just a little pebble stuck in the aerator. My own fault for never bothering to check it and assuming it was a piping issue, but one call made all the difference! Mind you, Judy and Ryan could just as easily have made things complicated and send someone out to charge God knows how many dollars just to make an extra buck, but instead they provided excellent communication and a wonderfully simple and quick solution. It was very late in the evening. I was getting ready for bed, brushing my teeth going about my nightly hygiene routine. Rarely do you deviate from the routine especially after a long, evening, when all of a sudden I looked up. I never look up, but tonight I did. My spirits came crashing down, my stomach tightened into a knot. The discoloration of the ceiling was faint, barely noticeable. But it was there. Now I am a fairly tall guy, so I can reach the ceiling. I carefully reached up... It was soft. Under my breath I left out an explicative. With terrible thoughts of months of repairs and paper work... Joel was great the only problem is that I think I was overcharged on the valve. Based on similar products at lowes, I was charged $650 for something that should have only been $40.

I had the best experience with Miracle Plumbing Inc. When I called today, I talked to Judy and she was so friendly and helpful. She put me in touch with Joel. When he came out to my house, he was very pleasant and helpful, explained what he need to check and answered all of my questions. He figured out the problem and fixed it. Excellent service all-around. Starting with Judy the scheduler - a most pleasant and understanding initial contact.Needed same day service. Appreciated receiving notification and experience summary of technician scheduled. My technician was Ryan - on -time professional, courteos and kept me informed. I sincerely appreciated that Ryan came after 7pm since I had guests in the house and the toilet was plugged. A++++

Judy was super friendly and great to speak with when I reached out for advice on my issues with existing toilet. Chris assisted me with recommendations on a new toilet while I was on the phone with Judy. They were both very personable.
Appointment scheduled for the next day to replace my toilet as it was 10+ years old and not flushing much anymore. I really liked the 2 hour window they provided for the appointment. Phil and David arrived on time with the new toilet and were very easy to work with. Fair price and stellar work. Highly recommend Miracle Plumbing!

Ryan and Joel came by for a toilet installation and did a great job. They were very efficient and knowledgeable while working through the obstacles of an older house. I would highly recommend them.
