I had possible hail damage last summer. When I learned In October that my homeowners insurance was going from full coverage to depreciated coverage in December I contacted MNRC. Lalo came within a few days and inspected for damage. He said there was damage and I should contact my insurance company. I made appointment with the adjuster and Lalo made time to attend. The long and short of the inspection was l had a check for depreciated value within 30 minutes. Lalo made a proposal that MNRC would replace for amount approved insurance payment including my deductible. I did not want work done until spring. Lalo contacted me in May and scheduled work. Work was done on day scheduled including all clean up. Dumpster and extra materials removed next day. Workers did an excellent job. After approval from building inspector I receive the additional payment from insurance company. Never had a home project go so smoothly. I would definitely use MNRC again.
