Great experience with MN Restoration. Fatih was amazingly responsive and professional! Update: About 2 years after the new roof was installed, one of the vents started leaking due to a manufacturing defect. Many thanks to MNRC for quickly replacing the defective vent!

They were amazing to work with, they were always there every step of the way. Keaton was awesome, claim took a long time and he was very patient with us. I would give 10 stars if it was available.

My mother who is almost 80 had her roof replaced by MNRC extremely late in the season last year and the roofers were great but ran out of daylight the shingles were on but screwing down the gutter gaurd was over looked ( No Big Deal) so it got. over looked by MNRC and myself. I remembered it on Thursday of this year 10 months later and called the office . I spoke with Frank and he said it would be taken care of at 8:00 am Monday morning great right! Next thing i know Frank called me back and told me Tony would be at my mothers house in a half an hour.Tony showed up and was one of the most personable persons i have ever met i felt bad because i can talk for ever, but any way i found out he is a veteran and an extremely hard worker who showed up at 5:00pm and he was happy to help and tie up a couple loose ends no questions asked. Dan Dye was amazing. His friendly expertise and skill made the process of getting a new roof fun and enjoyable. Our new roof was installed in one day and the cleanup was perfect. We have referred MNRC to two relatives who are now getting new roofs.

UPDATE 9/15/25
One of our bathroom vents in a seldom used bathroom was not exhausting humid shower air. Not pulling anything. MNRC sent a technician out to inspect the roof and found the flapper in the outer vent cover was stuck shut, no air flow. He corrected the flapper and all is well.

This review is regarding the service and production team, specifically Frank Esbaugh- We had our roof replaced 2 years ago with MNRC (who did a great job) unfortunately in seeking out another claim, for damaged siding, it was found our shingles have a manufacturing defect (not MNRC related) and we need to get them replaced. I have been working with Frank for the last 6 weeks who has consistently gone above and beyond to assure that our claim is getting moved along with GAF (the shingle manufacturer). He has communicated with me regularly regarding the process and next steps, taken it upon himself to send out additional team members to complete tasks that were necessary for the warranty claim and has been extremely responsive when I have reached out with a question or concern. Great quality, best experience! We were very lucky to work with Dan Dye at MNRC to have our roof replaced. It was being replaced due to storm damage, therefore insurance was involved. But Dan guided us through the entire process seamlessly. Great communication, so friendly. It was so easy. The roof looks great, crew was great. Highly recommend MNRC!

MNRC initiated the offer to inspect my roof for hail damage. The field respresentative was very professional, extremely helpful and very personable. He was on the roof with the insurance company inspector and helped to get the claim approved. The resulting replacement roof looks great. Highly recommend MNRC.
