From start to finish MNRC was there for my roofing process, I had a few prior folks up to check for hail damage and they all wanted me to contact and work w my insurance adjusters myself and call them when it was all approved. Not Keaton Kuzel, he took care of EVERYTHING, even having my shingles professionally tested to ensure I received a fair replacement from my insurance company. We were recommended to MNRC by our neighbors. We had them replace our roof after a recent hail storm. We worked directly with Josh Hare throughout the entire process. He was professional and responsive to our questions. He visited our home a few times throughout the process. There were a couple small hiccups on build day resulting in damage to personal property, hence the 4 stars. Luckily, Josh wasted no time reimbursing us for the damages and making things right.
