The MNRC crew was very courteous and did a great job on our roof. They even did a great job with the clean up. We worked with Keaton Kuzel from beginning to end and he was great to work with. Very responsive with all our messages and took the time to sit down with us to answer our questions and concerns. I have to say this is the best experience we have had in years with different contractors. Going into this big project, we were pretty hesitant about it from the beginning just because of all the bad experiences we had in the past with other contractors. had worked with my daughter and I since August 2022. I never had a claim in my life and when I turned to State Farm it was a disaster. Scott met at our home many times to meet with their adjusters. I don’t want to go into all the non-customer service issues but concentrate on how Scott walked us through this situation. His knowledge, professionalism, honesty and courtesy shown is something to be recognized.
If someone needs a roof there’s only one company to go to and that MNRC and talk to Scott Lebrun. We are so pleased with our new roof.

Patrick our MNRC Field Rep was key from the start. From initially checking out our roof, to meeting here again with our Farmers adjuster, he developed a clear plan. As build time neared he alerted me to what was going to happen and when. Weather created a needed minor schedule change and everything was communicated clearly. He was here early the morning of the build, again at midday and once more late in the day. He even came back the next morning for a final look.
The crew he lined up for our house couldn't have been better. This crew was a well-oiled machine that obviously has worked together for a long time. It was like watching a team that knows each other's next move without talking. Truly a pleasure to observe. We were so lucky to have had them at our house. MNRC just finished a hail-storm roof replacement claim.
I worked with Dan Dye in organizing it, getting an estimate and working with my Insurance adjuster. He did a great job. Patient with me on initial estimate, communicated with my adjuster and kept in contact with me over the whole process. And that process rolled across last winter. This spring he emailed me to let me know they were putting together their work schedule.
The crew did an amazing job. Very courteous, hard working and placed netting/barriers to protect my property while doing the work. Dan also, came back for a final walk through with me and again, ran a magnet and picked up any debris .

Chris and Scott were awesome to work with in the wake of our bizarre July 2023 storm. Our home had extensive damage and required a new roof, siding, screens and gutters. MNRC was a great company to work with after significant storm damage in the Rosemount, MN area. Scott and Chris were wonderful to work with from start to finish. They did an excellent job inspecting our roof and our siding. Both of them were always available to answer any questions we had and were willing to stop by to talk things through. MNRC recently replaced our roof, siding, and gutters through an insurance claim for storm damage, and we've been so happy with their work and the process overall. Kevin O’Meara has been our contact the whole time and he has done an amazing job.

We live in Eagan and he had just helped one of our neighbors with their roof, so we let him do an inspection on ours. He was able to take a partial roof and gutters claim through many insurance inspections and we ended up with a full approval for the roof, siding, and gutters/downspouts.

Kevin has been there for us every step of the way, going above and beyond to take care of anything he could to make our experience the best it could be. I worked with Joseph Davitt on the replacement of my roof. He met with adjustor from my insurance company and was very responsive to her questions and any additional information she needed. When the replacement was scheduled he and MNRC provided clear communication. The roofing crew did a great job. In and out in a day, which is normal but from 6:15am to 8:45pm was pretty impressive. Clean up was excellent. They have even have another person come back the next day and re-roll the yard for any thing that was missed. Very happy with the whole process. (MNRC) did an excellent job inspecting our roof and identifying hail damage, supporting me as I worked with our insurance company to reimburse the costs for a new roof and some interior water damage, and coordinating the process for roof replacement. It was completed in 1 1/2 days, we have a beautiful new roof.
