Last summer I had MNRC out to place a new roof after hail damage. Our roof was replaced very quickly and done very well! This summer we are selling our home and we had an inspection. This inspection showed that newly placed boards on our roof had surface mold in our attic. It was also found that our bath fan was not vented. When reporting our findings to MNRC service and production manager - Frank, he set up a timely and efficient resolution to the problem. They sent out Tony to inspect, a mold mitigation company, and Tony again to install appropriate ventilation in our roof! Efficient work beginning at 6:20 am. Protected windows, siding, and garden with boards and tarps. Stayed until all shingles, nails, etc… were picked up- very careful in using magnetic roller to check for stray metal and nails. Team performed so well together. Read more >

Their Field Representative, Riley Broten was amazing!!!! From the time he came out to our house to see if we had storm damage, and finding out from him and from our insurance inspector that we most certainly did; Riley was so on top of it with follow-up on answering our questions so quickly through phone calls and emails. We were very impressed!!! He was very efficient, professional , and helpful from start to finish, and followed-up with us after all the work was completed. MNRC did a fantastic job on our replacement roof. Matt Hauge is totally awesome. He worked with us from start to finish on the process. He covered every little detail from the original inspection, working with the Insurance Company, and followed up to make sure all was going well on the day of the roof replacement. In addition, because of my age, my wife no longer lets me climb on the roof. There were a couple of overhanging branches that needed to be removed before the project could begin. Matt came out, climbed up the ladder and personally removed the branches.
The workers were very courteous and efficient. They did a great job on the roof and the clean-up after. I will recommend Matt and MNRC to all my friends and neighbors. Read more >

We are so happy with our new roof and even happier with the customer service ! I was anxious thinking about working with insurance to get our roof damage covered and I will tell you Riley made it so simple and was able to answer all my questions through very quick texts back. The roofers were very hard working and had our roof done in a day. They also went over our yard twice to make sure they got all the nails picked up and then Riley came out to check again and also make sure we were feeling good about the roof.
