Following last year’s major hail storm in Chaska we saw our neighborhood blanketed by storm chaser roof repair companies. We decided to hold off. Come this Spring and Summer the neighbors had an army of contractors doing roof replacements.

Our neighbor across the street had their roof replaced by a contractor that did a great job and they couldn’t have been happier. So when we decided to explore the option, following insurance confirmation of our damage, we ask for their contractor’s name. Minnesota Restoration Contractors was that company. We did have a second company set to bid as well.

The other company came first and the rep was lackluster at best. He didn’t explain anything, didn’t get on the roof or instill any confidence that he knew what he or his company was doing.

I used Minnesota Restoration Contractors for siding replacement due to hail damage. Fatih from MRC did a great job working with the insurance company and was very responsive to my concerns. The install crew followed all my verbal directions and the final installation looks great! A great experience working with MRC.

Fatih Topal came and quoted us, started the work on time and ended on time! They worked extremely hard, even in the hottest days of summer on the roof! They even came back late at night when they saw the rain forecast change, it popped up with possible storms. They put up tarps to protect our home. Very responsive!

We were very pleased with the roof replacement that MN Restoration Contractors did on our home. Our contractor representative Fatih Topal was great to work with throughout the process. He was very responsive, was able to answer all of our questions and work around our schedule. The roofing crew was hard working and efficient. They completed the job in one day and did a great job cleaning up before they left. Very positive experience.

Faith and his team did a great job. He checked in quite often and answered any questions we had.

Installation on the day went pretty quick, and Faith was out there afterwards to walk around and make sure things were put back as needed and if there were any small scraps left over.

A futuristic/technical idea - might be cool to be able to mock up what the different shingle colors would look like ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Our project manager, Fatih, has been very responsive as we've worked on negotiating changes to the initial estimate with insurance, as well as coordinating the extra work we're having done as part of the restoration project. There have even been times he has been communicating updates well in advance of the insurance company. It's been a very good experience.
