I had the pleasure with working with Avel from MNRC. He was in the neighborhood and offered to check out our roof for hail damage. We had our roof replaced 6 years ago, so we weren't sure if there was damage. After the inspection he showed us pictures and videos of the condition of our roof. He explained the insurance process to us very well! Their wasn't much damage up on our roof but in the future if there is another storm we will definitely call Avel from MNRC. I had the experience of working with Ben Mansur over the last few months on a nightmare of an insurance claim on my home. I experienced hail damage on a home I had JUST purchased, and was in over my head. It turned into a roof, siding, window coverings, trim, and got very complicated very quickly with siding products being discontinued and "matching" product availability and color matching issues.. He made himself available always to answer questions. And more importantly- If he didn't have an answer.. he would research it and get me the RIGHT response.
