My experience with MNRC was great! Kevin O was my Field Rep that came out and inspected my roof. He took pictures of all the issues he saw on the roof, showed them to me, and explained why they mattered. He told me from what he saw, I should have no problem getting insurance to cover a replacement. Insurance inspector came out, agreed with most everything Kevin showed me, and granted a full replacement. Kevin stayed in contact with me via email and text thru the whole process. Roofers that came out on Friday were amazing. Super friendly, super careful about my property and things around it. Started ripping things down at 6:45am and rolled off the lot at 2pm. We had storm damage to existing shingles and vents. Kevin O. came out and performed initial inspection and got the ball rolling on the claim and repairs. He made this a smooth and hassle free experience. Communication was great with all parties involved! We were very impressed with speed and care that was taken during the repairs. Jose from MNRC impressed me right from the start. He was willing to take the extra steps necessary to show the insurance company that roof replacement was indeed needed, versus just a repair. He took video shots with his drone and took care of submitting everything to the insurance company. He offered helpful advice to me along the way.
The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because of a scheduling delay this spring, but once we got the roofing project on the books, materials needed were quickly delivered and the larger project was completed in just one day.
Communication during the process was amazing, Jose let me know when the crew and trailer had arrived, and that things were underway. He even sent me a pic of the coverage used to protect my recently stained deck from receiving any scratches or chips. That peace of mind was great.

When noticing folks examining my neighbor's roof, I struck up a conversation that our roof also had some hail damage. Kevin Slattery of MNRC stated that he would check our roof next. He did and let us know that we indeed had some hail damage. He was very professional and thorough. He led us through the process we needed to follow and helped us with our frustrations with the insurance company and did a thorough job including the need to bring our roof "up to code" also covered by insurance. We appreciated his professionalism and knowledge that he willingly shared. Thank you, MNRC, Inc. for employing such a fine representative and thank you for the job well done. We now enjoy a repaired and newly shingled roof.

I tried via my cell phone but it would not connect to this website so now, upon continued requests from MNRC and/or whomever they've hired to manage their reviews, I continue. YES, up to this point in time we are very satisfied with MNRC and their workmanship in fixing our storm-damaged shingles and roofing support system. We had storm damage from the previous year which required a total roof installation on two separate homes and three outbuildings. Jose V and his team did impeccable work! From the beginning, he provided drone shots of where the damage was. He also gave us addresses where shingles we were debating on could be seen so that we could make the right choice.

We had a touchy roof situation where an addition was joining with an existing building, and we needed to make sure it was done properly so there would be no leakage. Jose was very conscientious of the situation and took special measures to make sure things were done properly. His whole team was very polite and were very professional in the way they handled the jobs from start to finish. Due to hail damage we decided on MNRC to replace our roof. From the start of the process we felt Jesus had our best interest at hand. Jesus followed up timely during the planning stages. He also listened to our concerns and made the appropriate adjustments to make sure areas around our house remained safe. Jesus was also here overseeing the installation and giving us updates throughout the day. The crew performing our installation was also very professional and caring. They left our property the way the found it when they arrived. Clean! Over the years I have had other contractors complete roofing projects and I always had to pickup debris the next day and for months to come.
