I had a great experience. A few years ago MNRC replaced my entire roof. Did a wonderful job of walking me through the process and the finished product was amazing. Four years later I noticed a part of the trim that was not secured. They came back and replaced it, no questions asked. I highly recommend them.

Minnesota Restoration Company had quality craftsmanship and they did the necessary structure repairs with roof shingle replacement. Cleanup was excellent! Job completion was done in one day. They were polite and professional. Jon Mack was courteous and not pushing. We would recommend this company to our friends in the future.

MNRC replaced our roof 18 months ago, and has since come out to repair some roof vent damage. From sales (Joe) to service (Frank & Tony) they provide superb service. Joe shepherded us through the roof replacement process with integrity and great communication. He also went above and beyond ensuring the work was a+ quality, which it was. Frank at MNRC was great—he sent Tony out quick to replace that torn-off piece of flashing on the front. Tony showed up, swapped it in no time, and it looks solid now—no more leaks. 3/13/2026 - Adding onto this review because we just had great service again! We noticed a few nail pops in our flashing so i reached out. Frank responded right away and got Tony out to fix within a couple of hours. Tony did a great job and was able to reattach a piece of siding that blew off in the wind as well! Great service!

Adam came out after I had noticed some water stains on my ceiling. He did a great job troubleshooting, trying to figure out where the water may have come from. We identified some potential causes and he came back out a few days later to address one of them. He communicated what he was seeing and what he planned to do very well and responded quickly.

MNRC installed my new roof two summers ago. This winter, with the constant freezing and thawing, I had a small hidden ice dam that lead to water leaking in my garage. I worked with Frank Esbaugh and Tony Johnson From MNRC. Frank coordinated much of the work while Tony actually completed all the fixes. They were quick to respond, helpful, and worked hard to quickly fix the roof issues. They were always easy to reach and quick to respond. They were also willing to discuss the roof and leak with my water mitigation specialist to work on a plan to fix collectively. It’s not fun or easy to deal with water damage, but I’m glad I could work with MNRC on this!

Just recently had my roof installed by MNRC. They were fantastic to work with. Charlie went above and beyond and was extremely quick in responding to any questions I had. Would highly recommend MNRC and Charlie for future projects!

My mother who is almost 80 had her roof replaced by MNRC extremely late in the season last year and the roofers were great but ran out of daylight the shingles were on but screwing down the gutter gaurd was over looked ( No Big Deal) so it got. over looked by MNRC and myself. I remembered it on Thursday of this year 10 months later and called the office . I spoke with Frank and he said it would be taken care of at 8:00 am Monday morning great right! Next thing i know Frank called me back and told me Tony would be at my mothers house in a half an hour.Tony showed up and was one of the most personable persons i have ever met i felt bad because i can talk for ever, but any way i found out he is a veteran and an extremely hard worker who showed up at 5:00pm and he was happy to help and tie up a couple loose ends no questions asked.
