They are super amazing. I was behind 2 months of payments for my sons trumpet and did not get a late fee. They kindly called and i asked if i was able to pay. I did plus another month. They are inexpensive to rent and my son loves his trumpet. 🎺
Milano Music is what happens when a local music store is done right. Their service, selection and repair shop are second to nine and their band and orchestra instrument rental programs are fairly priced with a solid insurance policy backing up their instruments. Milano is very careful about what they carry in their store so they can stand behind your purchase is 100%. I only wish they were closer to my house in the North Valley, but Milana is worth the drive every time.
The luthiers here do phenomenal job with repairs. My Kamaka's fret wire was starting to come out, so I stopped by to have their staff see what needed to be done. Had to leave it there for over a week since their schedule was full (a good sign). I am amazed with the quality of the repair. It looks and sounds just like it did when I first got it, like a factory fretboard. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly so if you are looking for repairs I definitely recommend you stop by this place.
I've been frequenting this establishment for nearly 35 years, and with good cause. The staff is always on the mark, helpful, professional, enjoyable to deal with and I'm never under any form of pressure to buy. I browse quite often, if for no other reason than to keep up with the new guitars and related products and services. I'm always greeted as if I were an old friend, whether they are a new employee or well seasoned staff I've known the whole time. Thank you for always being true to the musicians and making our every visit lead directly to the next one. Sincerely, Tree Glanding
