Milano Music

I'm from the UK and found Milanos on an Internet search on arrival in Phoenix. I was looking for a cheap guitar with which to amuse myself whilst travelling, Jim MInch helped me find the right one. However the financial transaction didn't exactly go as planned, but Jim went so far out of his way to put the error right that I was mightily impressed with the service. I must say I also loved the store, this is clearly a musicians store, you feel it on entry, which makes the interest spent on me, a strumming hacker buying a less than $200 guitar all the more impressive. I'll be back.

I have been dealing with Milano,s since 1965 when I bought my first Amp, from Franks Mom. Frank and I attended high school together, and this has always been a very good place for musicians, and all students who want to be. Good repairs on Guitars, and generally knowledgeable sales reps. No pressure and very easy to work with. Good specials and very customer friendly.

Richard Wall was my fiddle instructor last winter and again this winter, he has instilled a confidence in me that i did’nt know possible , his mannerism and ability to convey a positive message is worth every cent I pay for lessons. He is a good man. I am very grateful to be hooked up with him as my instructor.

My family and I have been customers of the Milano Music Center family for the better part of 5 decades . My wife, Melody is the band leader and percussionist for Reign-N-Country ,one of the most requested and danceable country bands in the East Valley, and I was band leader for Randy Wade and The Renegades for over 35 years. We have purchased a lot of gear over the years and with their sage consultation, and great deals Milanos is our place to buy. Everything from Fender Teles to Roland electronic drums, Bose P.A. systems to our microphones they have kept us in top notch readiness for any gig. Thanks guys you are the best.

I have dealt with Milano Music since 1963. They are always my first stop when I need equipment. If I am out of town and need something they always come through. Jim and all the others are always very helpful. I recommend them to everyone who asks me about gear and accessories.

I have not purchased a musical instrument from Milano's, however many of my students and Bluegrass group friends I have brought in and they have purchased guitars from Milano's. They have a wonderful assortment of guitars from beginner to top of the line and reasonable prices. They make sure they are set up properly before they go out the door. All of these people have been very happy with the sale's people and store. I have brought my own instruments in for repair and what a wonderful job their repair shop does and they always go the extra mile doing more than I expected. I have been to music stores all over the USA, owned a shop and a teacher and performer all my life and this is the best store I have been in.

Kaelyn Gima was amazing! We were making our first move up out of the "Student Trombone" range. She was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and patient. She emailed and called me to answer all of my concerns and questions. She was able to order a particular trombone that was not in stock at the time, just so we could see it and test it out. We ended up purchasing that beautiful Yamaha. I will be sending any and every friend and student that we know to Kaelyn for any trombone needs. It was truly a wonderful experience every step of the way.

I HAVE BEEN IN THE MUSIC ,PROFESSIONALLY, FOR MORE THAN A HALF CENTURY AND MILANO MUSIC HAS BEE RIGHT THERE TO MAKE SURE THAT I HAD THE FINEST GEAR AND SUPPORT I NEEDED. MIKE, JIM, TOMMY S.,WAYNE AND THE WHOLE CREW HAVE HELPED MAKE MY CAREER AND LIFE A REAL JOY.

When I was young my major was music in school (piano) however in these later years I've decided to give the Accordion a try. After doing my homework on the internet, finding your store and Tony as an instructor has been greatly helpful.
Tony has been terrific with the patience, knowledge and background to help in the transformation. A true asset to your company! I give him high marks and plan to continue the lessons. Great job folks.
