I had a insurance claim check that needed to be signed off before I could cash it to pay my people. There were a number of steps that needed to be done and I was clueless. Lynsey at the Muskegon branch went above and beyond to help me. I arrived at the office with little direction and a bit terrified, and left with a confident smile.
