We originally started with our bank, but the bank was taking AGES to respond and review our finances. We heard good things about David Onofrio and his amazing team, so we had him review our numbers and they gave us the best news that we were ready for home ownership. David and his team made this chaotic time absolutely painless and walked us through each step and answered all of our many questions. She went above and beyond to answer questions that we could have probably bugged our realtor about, but she never made us feel like it was an imposition or like we were using up too much of her time.

Furthermore, she called us immediately after our closing to describe the types of scams we would be targeted by after purchasing our new home, and invited us to text her pictures of any mail/emails we received that seemed suspicious so she could verify if they were legitimate or not.
