I had a very unique and rare problem with downloaded video playback. The videos just wouldn't download. The download icon would appear on my phone for a second and then disappear with no downloads taking place.
Rembrandt stuck with this difficult problem even to the point of purchasing the same type of phone I have.
The problem got solved and the download feature for playback/archive to watch later is working fine.
