Had our water run dry which caused our pump to cavitate and fittings started to leak and we had to shut off water. We'd already been out of water for a day and a half so this was my last straw. I called Mather & Sons Pump on the recommendation of a regular plumber and couldn't be happier. Ty was out the same day and was able to replumb the pump and get us back online again for just a service call as we had the parts he needed. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!! That was the best customer service I've had from anyone, ANYWHERE in AGES! You have a stellar employee in Ty. Truly a GEM! Any and all work I can direct your way, I'm happy to do so and will inform my realtor to do the same.
