Great company to work with. Maggie and Amy are very responsive and went above and beyond to install our pump system. They also referred us to a local drilling company for our new well and coordinated the process to make it easy.

Mather responded promptly when our pump failed. The next day they had folks on sight to diagnosis the problem and a day later they install a new cistern pump and replaced a failed pressure tank. Crews were knowledgeable, courteous and quick!

They were on the call the same day, reviewed my pump system and returned the next day to replace everything, it all needed to be replaced. They were knowledgeable and courteous, I will not call another company to work on my system. The crew, from the office staff to the installers were wonderful. I thank them for everything they did.

Our pump was cycling on and off about every twenty minutes for about two weeks. Mather had replaced our pump and feeder line to the house in 2005 so I called them again. I called on a Wednesday and a person came out on Thursday. It took him about 10 minutes to determine we had a leak very near to the well head in the ground. He pushed a long rod into the soft ground and it came out wet and muddy.

My well pump stopped working on a Sunday. I left a message with Mather Pump Service and they returned my call the next day at 7:30 am. I had a service expert on site at 11:30 am and water running at 12:30 pm. That is just about the best service imaginable!

They got a price for replacement the same day. The guys that did the replacement job were fast efficient and showed up with everything they needed to get job done.
