Mather Pump Service

Our pump was cycling on and off about every twenty minutes for about two weeks. Mather had replaced our pump and feeder line to the house in 2005 so I called them again. I called on a Wednesday and a person came out on Thursday. It took him about 10 minutes to determine we had a leak very near to the well head in the ground. He pushed a long rod into the soft ground and it came out wet and muddy.
He knew the pump went in in 2005 and made the offer to replace the pump
And that the leak would be fixed without additional cost. I agreed and we were put on the schedule for the next day. The two young men that came out were very professional and impressive in their work and knowledge of what to do. The well head sits about three feet from

Some small limbs. They were very careful in not wanting to have to remove large limbs. They were able to get the boom over the well (so the old pipe and pump
Could be extracted). Once the well pump
and new pipe had been replaced (194 feet), they dig down about 2.5 feet and found the leak in a 90 degree joint in the feeder line to the house.
