Mather Pump Service

Cannot recommend Mather & Sons Pump Service more. Wade came out and helped diagnose our well issues and we’re on our way to fully fixing the problems. He answered all of my questions pertaining to our wells and was thorough in his explanations. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood what he was doing and the next steps we need to take. Front desk was beyond nice and they even were able to come out the day after I called requesting an appointment. It’s refreshing to have such a competent company that takes pride in what they do show up and get to work!! Thank you all for a great well company experience!

We have used Mathers plenty of times and they have always taken care of us. Wouldn't call anyone else. There install's are great and there service after is top notch, organized and professional. Couldn't reccomend them more !

The guys were right on time and quickly went to work. Omar and Hunter were both genial and professional. They replaced our well pump, pressure tank, and put a new filter in. Omar showed me how to change the filter and explained things that no one else had. Thank you to good guys and an outstanding Clark County business.

I am so pleased with Mather Pump Service. We had used another company years before and when I called them last year they took three weeks to call me back. Then the service technician lectured me on the phone. I wrote them off right there. So I resumed my well service search and called Mather. I talked to someone right away. We worked on a service call time - they tried for that day but couldn’t make it but came by the next day. Wade inspected everything and was very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions professionally and pleasantly. We discussed many options and pros and cons and had him get me a detailed estimate which arrived quickly. I called to ask a few questions and spoke to Wade right away. He answered all my questions and we were shortly scheduled.

Helpful staff

I had maintenance done on my well pump and tank. Wade came out and checked everything. He recommended I change the pressure tank because it was old and waterlogged. He called the next morning with an estimate and they were able to schedule the next day! Omar and Hunter changed everything out and did a really good job installing it. The floor was sinking where the old tank was sitting, so he put a piece of wood that I had on top of the soft wood and placed the tank on top. Looks pretty solid! Omar did great work! I will be using Mather & Sons for future services.

07/05:2023 I took my well pump in and Rick tested the pump and it tested good. I then asked for an appointment for a tech to come out. Rick was able to come out that afternoon and within a couple of minutes diagnosed the problem. We now have our water back!!! Thanks Mather Pump co and Rick for his knowledge and professionalism. Call these guys if you need a local friendly helpful hand.!!

We had the pump replaced in our 33 year old well yesterday. The two guys (Devin and Cory) that came to do the work were very good at their jobs and easy to work with.

Prior to the installation I mentioned I wished I had a way to tell how far down we were pumping the water. Des in the office suggested that when they installed the new pump they could attach a small tube to the pipe. The bottom end of the tube is open just above the pump. The upper end of tube is connected to a pressure gauge and a Schrader valve where I can pump in air. From the gauge reading I can now very easily check how far down the water is.

I needed my well inspected, I completed a comprehensive review on 7 Well Drilling companies that provided this service. I knew their were issues with my Well however, not having the expertise I knew I would rely on the company of choice. On June 18th I turned on the faucet and no water. I called Mather & Sons, and Georgan was here within a couple hours and I had water again after he replaced the control box. He was very nice and only here a short time. I was very pleased at the prompt service and the quick repair.

Our water went out at our home on a Saturday night. My husband called Mather Pump Services and left a message hoping they would call him back once they opened Monday morning. We were so pleased that Mather and Sons called us back early Monday morning (before they officially opened) and had a guy out at our place first thing. We needed a new water system (bummer for us) and Mather and Sons was able to get back out the next day to install one. They treated us fairly and did a great job getting everything installed and water back to our house in a timely manner. We are so grateful that we did business with them! Their dispatcher was friendly and helpful. I got a call back within the hour and he was at my house 20 minutes later.
He was professional, helpful, explained my system and what was happening. He fixed the problem and gave me a quote for preventative measures.

Called on a Sat that our water was out. 15 horses without water is not a good thing. Talked with Mr. Mather a couple of times, picked up some parts from him for temporary repairs as he was on another Saturday job.
We have water until we can pull and replace the pump next week as a precaution in all this hot weather. Mr. Mather went out of his way with advice and help. Highly recommended.

The pump in our well had been installed by Mathers 40 years ago! We called Monday they came out diagnosed and were there the next day to replace.

Called and left a message on Sunday after our pump went out. They called first thing Monday morning and had someone out to look at it within the hour. Our whole pump system needed to be replaced, which they made happen same day. Greatly appreciate their hard work and timeliness to ensure we had running water that night. Would recommend to anyone!
