Great Customer Service & service work I would highly recommend Mather Pump Service to anyone. We lost water one late afternoon I called the office line first thing the next morning. Mather Pump came out the same day and had water working again. We did need some more work and equipment replaced for the well. They gave us an estimate the next day which I approved and they worked us in the following week. Now our well works better than it ever has since we have lived in this current house for 6 years

Super fast and very professional, completely replaced my whole well pump and pressure tank in a couple hours. This is my well company for life!!!

Matters were very quick to respond to with our broken well pump. We were up and running very quickly considering the scope of the job to replace a well pump and piping! I’d highly recommend them!

My actual name is David Dansky. For 30 years Mather Pump has taken care of my well/pump/water issues. It is nice that loyalty goes both ways. When my 20+ year pump failed, Wade came out right away and fixed it temporarily until the new pump could be installed. Not cheap. But one cannot live too long without water. EVERYONE with Mather Pump exhibited the highest standards of care. The office staff is much appreciated for making sure the literally old clients had water. Frankly, I am not easy to please; however, without reservation Mather Pump gets an A+++.

I want to say that we could not have asked for a better experience. From the first call into the office to the installation and start up of our pump, every single person we dealt with took their time, explained/listened to our needs, and made it happen. This was not an easy feat by any means. We so appreciate everyone on this team.

We need our salt delivered and walked to the treatment site (slightly uphill of the house) we can no longer do it due to age. Mather comes within days of my call and takes care of it all. It is a service we can’t do without.

I was very pleased with the prompt and professional service provided recently by Mather Pump Service. Omar did a great job installing and testing a new 1.5 HP submersible pump in our booster system that delivers CPU water to a distribution network that feeds 3 residences along with our farming activities including a small cattle herd and commercial vegetable growing facilities comprised of two greenhouses and a .75-acre deer fenced outdoor garden. All who reside on and operate Triple C Farm near La Center sincerely appreciate how Mather & Sons worked as a team to get us up and hydrated with minimum downtime.

Made appointments and arrived when expected. The time frames for the our estimate, arrival time, work began and completing the job were spot on.

The workmanship was very good. Actually, they returned to help us get some air locks resolved and the entire system was checked professionally. Great job!

Wade was on time. He got to work on our well pump system right away. When finished, He provided a very specific health status of our system and what was needed to keep our well reliably pumping into the future. Mather Pump Service installed and later installed our filtration system and it was a great experience from start to finish. I occasionally go and get my water tested and the staff is so helpful and friendly. My filtration system needed some service and they came out the next day to make the repairs necessary once again great service and overall experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the need for pump or filtration systems.

Wade came out to do a check up on my pump systems. Very competent and low key guy. He made some recommendations and followed up with written estimates. No high pressure. Just the facts. Highly recommended!
