Mather Pump Service

Our pump was cycling on and off about every twenty minutes for about two weeks. Mather had replaced our pump and feeder line to the house in 2005 so I called them again. I called on a Wednesday and a person came out on Thursday. It took him about 10 minutes to determine we had a leak very near to the well head in the ground. He pushed a long rod into the soft ground and it came out wet and muddy.

My well pump stopped working on a Sunday. I left a message with Mather Pump Service and they returned my call the next day at 7:30 am. I had a service expert on site at 11:30 am and water running at 12:30 pm. That is just about the best service imaginable!

Had our water run dry which caused our pump to cavitate and fittings started to leak and we had to shut off water. We'd already been out of water for a day and a half so this was my last straw. My water went out this morning. Called Pittner at 8 but didn’t hear back, so on the advice of a buddy who knows wells, I decided to give Mather a try. I couldn’t be happier. They had Wade on site in less than an hour. He immediately diagnosed the problem and gave me options (ranging in cost) for ways to fix it (short and long-term solutions). Was friendly, capable, and explained my options super clearly. I now have water for a fraction of the cost I expected.

I’m still waiting for Pittner to return my call.
