Chimney cap installed October 1, 2018. Mortar crown, flashing were addressed and elastomeric coatings were applied. I can honestly say, I have the best look cap in the neighborhood. Jason was thorough and very professional. Chimney leak no longer exists and I had good experiences with the office staff.

Hired them to replace the fireplace inserts in my fireplace. Each time we used the fireplace the inserts cracked. I followed their advice on how to temper each new inserts but they still cracked. Five times they returned and replaced them. After three months I have a new fireplace but scared to use it cause it will probably crack. The kicker is that the manager stated they would not work on it again. $ 1000.00 dollars wasted. Hey, employees were friendly but need to find another employer. Buyers beware!!! Read more >

Scott & Jeff were awesome I'm very thankful I called to have the fireplace inspected, it's not in good shape at all, very thankful we hadn't started using this winter, it might not have ended well!

Very nice work. The technicians were prompt, friendly and courteous to me and respectful to the home. The only thing I'm not happy with is pricing. I had the initial inspection for $99.00 and they discovered an issue with the firebox brick liner. They couldn't clean the chimney until the liner was replaced. That's fine. I scheduled the replacement work for $700.00 and they did a nice job doing that. However, even spending $800.00 for inspection and replacement work they still insisted on charging an additional $30.00 to sweep the chimney at the same time they put in the new liner. While that represents a $20.00 discount off the regular $50.00 cleaning price, I find it a sad business practice. While I'm satisfied overall, I wouldn't recommend Masters Services based on this type of price gouging.

When they came out the first time, the chimney cap didn't fit. They took it back and re-built it and everything was fine on the second visit. They were very careful to make sure that their ladder didn't damage the rain gutter. I was very impressed that one man on the roof noticed that my American flag was not hanging right, and he went across the roof and straightened the flag. Read more >

I'm doing a remodel and needed to raise my chimney, so I called Masters Services to come give me a free estimate. Scott came out to look at the chimney and said it would be above code, so there was nothing for me to do. I was impressed. Scott drove out earlier than scheduled on a Tuesday. He promptly got down to business. He assessed my chimneys current situation with photos on his company tablet. Then he sat me down to thoroughly explain and show me what needs to be accomplished to achieve the desired result. Very pleased thus far. His crew will return on Thursday to give my chimney the TLC it deserves.

Our chimney has leaked rain into our fireplace since the house was built. We had been advised we needed a different chimney cap. After years of intense sun exposure and the hail storms this year our chimney stack required more than paint. We got a quote on the cap from one company and was looking for someone to do the repair and painting. We called Masters Services and got an appointment quickly. This company does everything we needed. This is an advantage if we should have any questions or problems since the work is warranted by the same source and there is no finger pointing between service providers.
Scott came out to inspect and measure our chimney. He made a thorough inspection, gave clear, knowledgeable answers to my questions and even gave some guidelines for selecting paint colors. Scott was friendly, easy to talk to and made meticulous notes in the work order. Read more >

The guys were so great! Malachi, Scott, Victor, and Jay came over this morning and were so helpful. They immediately got to work, were so nice, and incredibly knowledgeable. I'm so excited to have everything not only repaired but greatly improved! They're putting an engraved plate on the back of my fireplace that says "MAVERICKS"! I'm so excited to have a custom piece that will truly set up my fireplace. They were also so much fun and some of the nicest people I've talked to all week!
