Prompt service during a busy time of year. The person who inspected my chimney was great about explaining why various aspects of the inspection were relevant, and about explaining in detail the issues they found and how we might address them. Highly recommended.

When they came out the first time, the chimney cap didn't fit. They took it back and re-built it and everything was fine on the second visit. They were very careful to make sure that their ladder didn't damage the rain gutter. I was very impressed that one man on the roof noticed that my American flag was not hanging right, and he went across the roof and straightened the flag.

They came out quickly and in time. Did a thorough inspection and cleaning of our chimney in Pearland Tx. Now I am ready for fire weather and my family is safer. Will use again.

Justin was very polite a And professional. He explained all the work that needed to be done to get my chimney back to perfect condition. He broke down the work and gave me prices on everything that had to be done. I give them 5 stars for Their work.

I'm doing a remodel and needed to raise my chimney, so I called Masters Services to come give me a free estimate. Scott came out to look at the chimney and said it would be above code, so there was nothing for me to do. I was impressed. So many businesses nowadays try to sell you things you don't need just to make money. Scott was not only honest but friendly and informative. I'll definitely be looking up Master Services again for my fireplace needs. Thanks, Scott!

Scott drove out earlier than scheduled on a Tuesday. He promptly got down to business. He assessed my chimneys current situation with photos on his company tablet. Then he sat me down to thoroughly explain and show me what needs to be accomplished to achieve the desired result. Very pleased thus far. His crew will return on Thursday to give my chimney the TLC it deserves.

Our chimney has leaked rain into our fireplace since the house was built. We had been advised we needed a different chimney cap. After years of intense sun exposure and the hail storms this year our chimney stack required more than paint. We got a quote on the cap from one company and was looking for someone to do the repair and painting. We called Masters Services and got an appointment quickly. This company does everything we needed. This is an advantage if we should have any questions or problems since the work is warranted by the same source and there is no finger pointing between service providers.
Scott came out to inspect and measure our chimney. He made a thorough inspection, gave clear, knowledgeable answers to my questions and even gave some guidelines for selecting paint colors. Scott was friendly, easy to talk to and made meticulous notes in the work order.

The guys were so great! Malachi, Scott, Victor, and Jay came over this morning and were so helpful. They immediately got to work, were so nice, and incredibly knowledgeable. I'm so excited to have everything not only repaired but greatly improved! They're putting an engraved plate on the back of my fireplace that says "MAVERICKS"! I'm so excited to have a custom piece that will truly set up my fireplace. They were also so much fun and some of the nicest people I've talked to all week! I was so glad that I received an email from them last week reminding me to have my fireplace touched up. They are truly truly the best!!!

Scott and two other employees came out today and did a thorough inspection of my chimney. Scott went over everything in detail and answered all my questions. All three were very professional and helpful.
We have used their services in the past and will continue to do so.

Scott and Andrew are troopers! These guys pulled a dead animal out of my chimney quickly and without complaint. They reassured me that my chimney was clean and gave me a nice estimate for a custom chimney cap to avoid future intrusions. They also called 20 minutes before they arrived. Couldn't have gone better!

We have had a great experience with Masters Services. We wanted custom fireplace doors so Andrew and Scott came to our house and walked us through the process of choosing everything from the model to the glass in the doors. They explained everything patiently and helped us to choose the best color and accessories for the doors. Andrew returned when the doors were ready and installed them for us. We are very happy with our doors and the great customer service we received from Scott and Andrew!
