Masters Services did repair work on our chimney when we purchased our house 4 years ago. The work was excellent so we called them for an inspection and cleaning. The camera inspection revealed a heavy buildup of soot which needed to be removed with a chemical treatment. JD and Shamir applied the treatment. These gentlemen were polite, professional, and efficient. We will continue using Masters Services.

Used masters services for inspecting and cleaning our chimney. Wow great service with good advice and clear explanations of the services provided and the results. They said after using the camera to look up the whole length of the chimney that it did not need cleaned. That was honest and saved us money...great technicians and great quality service they left no mess for me to clean up. Highly recommend their services!!

I just had a new chimney cap installed. The employees that came out to install the chimney were knowledgeable and professional. I like the fact that we got a deal on the type 2 cap which they offered the price we were given by their employee. I would've given them a five star but I had to call them to get the quote which took four days due to their employee not sending measurements for the new chimney cap back to the main office with prices for options. Then it took another day to schedule installation which I had to call to set it up. Which caused water into my chimney from two storms instead of no storms.

We are really impressed with Master Services. We were having problems with the chimney leaking and smoking inside despite the fact another company had recently swept the chimney. Master Services diagnosed the problems provided us with a reasonable estimate and returned quickly to do the needed work. Nick and Xavier did an outstanding job replacing our chimney cap and were very detail oriented and friendly. We are very particular and were very pleased by both the quality and reasonable cost of the work Master Services provided. We will definitely use them in the future for our chimney needs

I am AMAZED at the service provided by Master Services chimney repair in Denton, TX. We've had them come out 3 times. The first time was about 3 years ago to install a new chimney cap. They had to build a custom cap to fit our chimney. It was perfect. Over a year later, we called them out to repair a noise we heard caused by high wind on the chimney. They tightened the cap for no charge, saying they always guaranteed their work. Last month, we called them again because of noise in the chimney during high wind. I am embarrassed to say, it was tree limbs banging against the chimney. Chris and Daniel sawed the limbs off, then insisted on carrying them away from the yard for me. Again, they would accept no pay for a house call and work done, even though the problem had nothing to do with their product. They're just wonderful people! I utilized Master Services for an insurance claim regarding lightning damage to a chimney on a tall two story home. Master Services responded to the chimney inspection promptly, and thanks to Cody, I had an immediate complete report to document the damages for the insurance company. I was impressed with the complete documentation of lightning damage and the estimate for replacement. Cody even called me and sent the report from the field. We hired this company last week for a chimney inspection. The inspector was great and we went ahead and hired the company for additional services.

Specifically, we hired the company to do:
- Gas Log Refurbish - Clean out all existing gas log misc,. Paint grate, new sand, new green embers, new lava, enhanced embers, and the labor
- Chimney Sweep - -Chimney Sweep when the chimney is either deemed to be up to code or has been brought up to code with necessary work done. Sweep the flue only of any fire hazardous soot. All loose soot will be removed. Note, any ashes from previous fires will not be cleaned out by Masters Services and will be left behind. Any stage 3 cresote present is not part of this type of sweep service.

We were advised that a technician would be at our house between the hours of 11 AM and 1 PM today, Saturday, January 12, 2018.

They not only resurrected our 60 year old chimney for almost half the price of the competition, we had some smoke drawing back in and they came out and put the damper back on track for no charge! We highly recommend!

Just had them (Brian was salesman) out to inspect and sweep 8yr old chimney. Brian told me we really didn’t need them now and to call back in a couple of years or if have problem. Loved the honesty! They will definitely get our biz and loyalty.

Chimney cap installed October 1, 2018. Mortar crown, flashing were addressed and elastomeric coatings were applied. I can honestly say, I have the best look cap in the neighborhood. Jason was thorough and very professional. Chimney leak no longer exists and I had good experiences with the office staff.

From start to finish, everything went smoothly... other than the weather not cooperating.
