I used Masters Services for repair work on my fireplace. The staff that answered the phone in the office were always friendly and very helpful. I had to get approval from my HOA for the work on the chimney, and the staff gave me the information I needed to get my request submitted.

I also had a good experience with Ryan who evaluated my fireplace, and gave me the estimate for the work to be done. Ryan was always willing to answer questions that arose before and after the installation. Read more >

From initial review of our needs to finishing touches, MS staff did a great job of explaining the process. We were notified when to expect work to be done during each step. Brian coordinated the work and answered calls promptly. The workers were skilled in their jobs and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the project. Due to one unexpected issue, it took a little longer than anticipated, but better done right than rushed.
