I want to thank Andrew for his excellent customer service. Our scorched fireplace needs extensive work and I feel I was given a fair and honest assessment of the issues and solutions. We will be waiting until we're past the holidays to do the work and we will have Andrew back when it's time.

I wanted to take the time to thank Tamyra at Masters Services.

When my wife came to me last week and said we were having a Holiday Party in 10 days and that she wanted our patio to be one of the main hangout locations I knew there would be problems. Given the Holiday Season, I knew that my request of getting outdoor fireplace logs installed and to her specifications was probably not going to happen quickly.

Tamyra assisted me in the purchase, she listened to my dilemma, and she came up with a solution to solve my issue. The hardest part was that she would have to continually look for a cancellation for me in order to meet the party deadline.

She could have just as easily said "I am sorry, there aren't any dates available."

I would highly recommend Master Services to anyone in need of fire place repairs. Jon Michaud did an excellent job. He was very professional and even did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

We couldn't find anyone to service our chimney so I called Masters Services, hoping they would be OK. Turns out Andrew was excellent. He was here earlier than expected, was very efficient and patient to explain everything to me, and was direct and to the point. He knew exactly what was wrong and what was acceptable. Just a totally gratifying experience. I would definitely recommend this company. Andrew will be returning for other issues and we are also thinking of upgrading our current system. Take a look at their services and definitely give them a call.

Andrew called ahead of his appointed time to make sure someone was going to be home. He arrived on time and had all the necessary equipment. His install was very quick and clean. There was no mess left behind and everything works perfectly. Very pleased with the service and quality.

I am very pleased with the work Master Services performed on my fire place. Chris patiently explained everything that needed to be done to get my fire place in safe working order. Chris called before he came and then did the work explaining along the way what was being done and why. He did a great job. Did it right the first time and took great care to be neat while doing the work. Afterwards, Chris cleaned up the little that was left. I will not hesitate to call Master Services in the future.

John is fantastic. This is my third time to use Masters Services for work on my house. Two years ago - they (John and Rory) repaired my fireplace crowns and sealed the masonry on both of my exterior chimneys as well as installed beautiful, rustic gas logs (product name:Woodstack) in my main living area. I just called them out to intall gas logs in our den and John didn't disappoint!! John is an experienced professional - we had a somewhat complicated gas line placement issue for which he was able to find a great solution and completed the install for us. He really took his time to explain our best option (and all other options). I highly recommend John/Masters Services - very trustworthy and the price seems very fair - especially given their quality of work/service.

On July 21, 2014, I had called Master Services for someone to come and install a heater for me using the gas fixture that was in the fireplace; They sent out a young man named, Josh. He was the most efficient, courteous and hard working young man and accomplished what was needed to take care of what was required to accomplish the job. . He knew exactly what to do and did it in due time. You truly have an asset in this employee and I will definitely use this company again since they have many other services that I can use.

We have a direct vent fireplace. Jon from Masters Services did a nice job providing maintenance and patiently answering our questions. I recommend them.

They do excellent plumbing work. I had an unexpected problem with my kitchen faucet this morning. As a new resident to the Frisco TX area I did not know where to start. I did an internet search and found this company. They immediately dispatched a master plumber to my home and within a matter of a few hours on a busy Saturday my problem was solved. The plumber arrived on time as expected and notified me prior to arrival. Service and courtesy were bar none and my wife and I were very satisfied with the quality of repairs. They are also set up with electronic billing and invoicing. We will use them going forward for all our plumbing needs.

Andrew was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He explained the problem with our chimney cap and recommended we replace it. He sent an email the same day with a written estimate, and he returned in about a week to make the repair himself. On the day of the repair he was running ahead of schedule, and he called to confirm that he would arrive earlier than planned. When the job was completed, he cleaned up everything. I will definitely call him again if we need his services!

Jon Michaud did two chimney caps for us here at Integrity Custom. We're a Builder and Remodeler in the McKinney Area and have used Masters Services many times. Masters has serviced our chimney annually and removed critters from our attic in three of my homes over the last 14 years. My husband and I will come back to them again.

I called Masters Services when we discovered something was living in our attic. Masters Services came out quickly and found a raccoon in the attic. Mike set a trap and took care of all of the potential entry points on the roof. He was quick, courteous and extremely polite. I would call Masters Services again without hesitation!

I'm just so pleased with Jon's service and workmanship. Just as I expected!!! All the detail in the work and taking his time to do a fantastic job. I even asked him if I could hire him to do handyman work around the house. I will definitely be calling and referring Masters Services to family and friends.
