I am new to real estate investing and have tried several programs starting in 2023. The best program by far is Scott Jelinek's Freedom Accelerator program, which is a private group for "Slow Flippers." The weekly live Zoom meetings with Scott and other members are a great source to learn from and be able to ask any questions directly to Scott. He is extremely knowledgeable on slow flips, and he seems to really care about your success. Also, the 500+ members in this group are a great source of information where I am able to get advice and learn from highly experienced and successful investors. The curriculum is a wealth of information that covers everything you need to know to get stated in and succeed in acquiring slow flips. But for me, what separates this program from others are the wholesalers and fillers in our group. These individuals purchase a house on an assignment contract and sell it to members at a fair cost, saving us time and money. The key is they are experienced and have all the connections in the hot markets to make great deals. It's a win for us (we get a slow flip property), and a win for them (they make a great profit for themselves). Then the fillers will sell your property for you and handle the advertising and close escrow for a small, reasonable fee. This is very convenient for people who live in one state, but want to invest in another state where the hot markets are for slow flips. I highly recommend Scott Jelinek and his staff, and that you join the Freedom Accelerator group.
