I am new to real estate investing and have tried several programs starting in 2023. The best program by far is Scott Jelinek's Freedom Accelerator program, which is a private group for "Slow Flippers." The weekly live Zoom meetings with Scott and other members are a great source to learn from and be able to ask any questions directly to Scott. He is extremely knowledgeable on slow flips, and he seems to really care about your success. Also, the 500+ members in this group are a great source of information where I am able to get advice and learn from highly experienced and successful investors. Great program, great community of members who are always willing to help as you begin to execute on the trainings. The creator of the program, Scott Jelinek, is an honest, forthright guy who is very consistent with his message across all of his training assets. He demonstrates a genuine interest in helping his prospects, clients and students alike. Above all of that great stuff, the SlowFlips model is right for me, having experienced very tough tenant situations with my existing single family rentals.
