Love Slow Flips.
I started as an absolute skeptic. Read Scott's book and immediately said, "No way. There are no houses that sell for 30K, and if there are, they are run down, falling apart, full of mold."
I live in Colorado where there are NO houses under 300K, run-down or otherwise.
But after some research, I discovered that there are houses that are quite nice, absolutely liveable, maybe a bit small, but they sell for 20, 30, 40K. All day!
Ok, then there must be something wrong with the other side of the equation. There can't be buyers for these types of houses that will put down that money. And to test that I put a couple of "houses" on FB marketplace.
One was in Nowheresville, TX where 4 hours later, I had 40+ interested parties wanting to know details and specifics.
Huh!
Ok, maybe Texas just needed houses. Let's try...

I am truly impressed with Scott Jelinek's Freedom Accelerator Course. It has been by far the most comprehensive and effective RE course I have EVER taken. It is comprehensive, and comes with a very active and supportive community of students to guide me through the process. Despite this, the incredible support system in the program makes all the difference. I am new to real estate investing and have tried several programs starting in 2023. The best program by far is Scott Jelinek's Freedom Accelerator program, which is a private group for "Slow Flippers." The weekly live Zoom meetings with Scott and other members are a great source to learn from and be able to ask any questions directly to Scott. He is extremely knowledgeable on slow flips, and he seems to really care about your success. Also, the 500+ members in this group are a great source of information where I am able to get advice and learn from highly experienced and successful investors. The curriculum is a wealth of information that covers everything you need to know to get stated in and succeed in acquiring slow flips.
