Love Slow Flips.
I started as an absolute skeptic. Read Scott's book and immediately said, "No way. There are no houses that sell for 30K, and if there are, they are run down, falling apart, full of mold."
I live in Colorado where there are NO houses under 300K, run-down or otherwise.
But after some research, I discovered that there are houses that are quite nice, absolutely liveable, maybe a bit small, but they sell for 20, 30, 40K. All day!
Ok, then there must be something wrong with the other side of the equation. There can't be buyers for these types of houses that will put down that money. And to test that I put a couple of "houses" on FB marketplace.
One was in Nowheresville, TX where 4 hours later, I had 40+ interested parties wanting to know details and specifics.
Huh!
Ok, maybe Texas just needed houses. Let's try...
