Just attended the 3 day seminar and it was very insightful. They are clear, this is not for everyone and requires work; this is not a get rich-quick scheme. They do provide a coaching program if you need your hand held through the whole process.

Work gets in the way of making money is the best real estate investors book I have ever read. The three day class/seminar is totally awesome. A must have and do.

He shares all of his successes and failures so that you can benefit from it. Every question you can have, he’s answering it before you can ask it. Highly recommended.

After reading his book and attending his seminar I have found that he is the real deal. His knowledgeable and down to earth approach make learning his system easy. Most of all, I like that he doesn't fill you with millionaire fantasies in an effort to simply sell you the next level of training.

Best training to date. I have been to other training no where near as informative.

I have read his book and attended his seminar and would absolutely recommend both. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the industry. Unlike others, he doesn't try to sell millionaire fantasies or simply try to get you to buy the next level of training so that he can make money off of you whether you are successful or not. His approach is relatable and practical.

I would recommend anyone who wants to learn a promising,more effective way to be successful and profitable from real estate...Scott's the man!!

This class was outstanding! I really enjoyed every bit of the training! I have been to several of these real estate classes before. However, this one was far better than any of the others that I attended! Mr. Jelinek was very courteous and took time to answer many questions that we all had! He made you feel comfortable in asking questions! Even as a novice, I feel comfortable enough with the knowledge he shared to take the next big step in finding deals and getting the work done to be successful!
Yes! I would recommend this class to anyone interested in a career in Real Estate investing!

Scott’s live 3 day Training started slow and ramped up with great information. At the end of day 2 my mind couldn’t stop racing from what I learned about his Slow Flip formula. I drove from 2 hours away just to learn this technique and it was worth EVERY BIT of my time and gas!! I also learned other valuable information about presentation, hard money, and private money just to name a few. Definitely worth the investment.
