Love Slow Flips.
I started as an absolute skeptic. Read Scott's book and immediately said, "No way. There are no houses that sell for 30K, and if there are, they are run down, falling apart, full of mold."
I live in Colorado where there are NO houses under 300K, run-down or otherwise.
But after some research, I discovered that there are houses that are quite nice, absolutely liveable, maybe a bit small, but they sell for 20, 30, 40K. All day!
Ok, then there must be something wrong with the other side of the equation. There can't be buyers for these types of houses that will put down that money. And to test that I put a couple of "houses" on FB marketplace.
One was in Nowheresville, TX where 4 hours later, I had 40+ interested parties wanting to know details and specifics.
Huh!
Ok, maybe Texas just needed houses. Let's try...

I am truly impressed with Scott Jelinek's Freedom Accelerator Course. It has been by far the most comprehensive and effective RE course I have EVER taken. It is comprehensive, and comes with a very active and supportive community of students to guide me through the process. I am new to real estate investing and have tried several programs starting in 2023. The best program by far is Scott Jelinek's Freedom Accelerator program, which is a private group for "Slow Flippers." The weekly live Zoom meetings with Scott and other members are a great source to learn from and be able to ask any questions directly to Scott. He is extremely knowledgeable on slow flips, and he seems to really care about your success. Also, the 500+ members in this group are a great source of information where I am able to get advice and learn from highly experienced and successful investors. The curriculum is a wealth of information that covers everything you need to know to get stated in and succeed in acquiring slow flips. Great program, great community of members who are always willing to help as you begin to execute on the trainings. The creator of the program, Scott Jelinek, is an honest, forthright guy who is very consistent with his message across all of his training assets. He demonstrates a genuine interest in helping his prospects, clients and students alike. Above all of that great stuff, the SlowFlips model is right for me, having experienced very tough tenant situations with my existing single family rentals. I was a little wary about this group before signing up as it's not free and I wanted to be sure I am getting my money's worth. I can tell you now being on the other side, I have learned a tremendous amount and Scott and the team really have given me all the tools necessary to start a successful business in real estate. This is not a "get rich quick" scheme, but if you are ready to put in the effort, it truly is a path to financial freedom.

Sure the book has some incredible information to get you started, but the greatest resource, aside from the regular access to Scott himself, is the amazing community of like-minded people who really want to help everyone achieve great success!

The Master Investor Academy has been a great investment in learning about Slow Flips and Real Estate in general.
