Marv is the only agent I've met who would provide honest feedback of his own and will not hold back. He always puts client interest as the top priority instead of cutting a deal. He would be the 1st person to tell you not to offer this property if he smells something not right. He is also very good at convincing and talking the other side towards his client's interest. In a nutshell, he REALLY cares about his client.
