I purchased windows from Markey Windows, Doors & More 20 years ago which have a lifetime guarantee and recently had some issues with a few windows that required repair. I was able to get an appointment within a few days of my call to the office. Andrew promptly arrived within the appointment time and was able to fix and resolve all of the issues with the windows within 30 minutes. He had all the parts needed to fix the windows, was very neat when completing the repairs and explained what had gone wrong to cause the issue. There was no charge for the repairs. Markey is a reputable business that stands behind their products with excellent employees.
