From estimate to getting the work done, everything was clear. Andrew was great to work with and the installers Tommy and Jimmy were great. As if they weren’t even in my home. Price point was fair compared to others I received. Biggest difference for me was their honesty on tax for capital projects. Everyone else charged me tax but Markey didn’t! Had no idea. Excellent service!

When l new it was time to replace over 30 windows in my home, l choose to get 4 bids being that my home was over 100 years old and l wanted the job to be done correctly the 1st time. After the process of getting multiple bids, l did not choose the lowest price! I met with Ryan, who was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer any and all questions l had. So l choose Markey Windows and they came when they said they would and completed the entire installation on time!
Fast forward 3 years, one of my windows seemed to fall out of the track, and would not close properly. So l called the office and spoke to Travis. (I remember that Travis showed up on the day the windows were being installed, just to see if l had any questions ) Travis remembered me and came right over and fixed my issue in less than a minute! I dont know about you, but l will call Markey Windows for all...

Markey team replaced 12 windows in my house and they did very well. We started off by inviting salesperson Andrew who did a great job of explaining the product. He was not pushy at all. After that we requested quite a few quotes for different series and options which he provided without any delay.
Finally we have chosen series 800 because it was the only product that has an interior wooden laminate option. That turned out to be the right choice because my old windows were wooden on inside. The windows were delivered after 6 weeks as promised. The installation team was meticulous, leaving no defects that I am aware of at this moment. They cleaned the rooms after the installation as well. One thing that they could do better is that use the windows trim that is matching the wood laminate color. Either light oak planks or stained pine. Unfortunately since the trim was sealed I can't...

The sales rep Andrew replied to my request/call in a timely manner. He explained details on products, services and processes. He also provided excellent assistance on papework, during HOA review/approval process.
Anthony and Tommy then installed the windows with professional experiences. The installation was completed within one hour and clean, respective to existing house walls and floors.
Although the price of the products is a little over my budget, the service was worth. No stress or headache!

I'm extremely impressed with this company. When I initially reached out for my window job, the response rate was so quick! We then met with Andrew who was great to work with. He was friendly, and super helpful with explaining the window process from start to finish. On the day of our job, the gentleman who came to install the windows were quick, efficient, friendly and made sure to clean up after the job was complete. We have about 17 windows that need to be done in our new home and my husband and I plan on using Markey moving forward!

The technicians and window installers from Markey were absolutely professional, timely, efficient. Markey sent Jimmy, Eric, and Winston (?) to replace two problematic windows at the end of June. Aside from being told they didn't have enough drop cloths to cover the path and work areas (not a big house), everything was good. The crews were friendly and professional. The windows have weathered a couple of storms so far with no problems.

Our windows have a life-time warranty. While washing the windows one became jammed (our fault) and could not close all the way. Markey sent Travis over, and he knew exactly what to do, and, just like that, we were back in business.
