Markey was easy to set up a time to review the job, arrived on time, and delivered the estimate quickly. They performed the work when agreed as agreed. A few months later a problem arose with this window installation which they promptly fixed without question.

Changed all windows at my home. The staffs are professional and enthusiastic about their work! Would recommend to the neighborhood.

Revision. We had a bit of a rough patch with Markey. After talking with Rob, we quickly got it all sorted out, and in the end they went above & beyond the call of duty and completed the job to our full satisfaction. Ken did a great job finishing off our basement windows and we would not hesitate to call them again when we need some work done.

One of the best contractors I have worked with in three states. James, Ryan and Rob are easy to talk with in regards to addressing what you are looking for as well as providing other options for consideration that are not necessarily more or less expensive. They really do a great job working with the customer. They provided top service which matches the products they sell. They installed over a dozen windows from Okna last fall that have not stopped impressing me in respect to winter and summer performance expectations. The gutter work they did was done well and the crew did do a pretty good job of clean up too. Between these two projects and a large window replacement project at a local church coordinated by my neighbor both of us highly recommend them.

Excellent service, professional staff, fair price, and what I especially love is that they really stand behind their work. I've used them many times over the last 20 years and have always been happy.

Had 13 windows and 1 patio door replaced at my Townhouse. I've spent several months getting quotes (both big stores and local guys) and reviewed quality of products offered by them all. While there are cheaper "deals" out there, beware, the quality of the product, it is nowhere close to what Markey offers (I got OKNA windows). It has been several months since the installation, I'm very happy with the product and the job they did.
Installation took a half day longer then initially planned, but it was a big job and weather wasn't very cooperative so not a big deal. The owner actually stopped by on the last day of the installation to check on the progress and see if I was happy, it was a nice personal touch.
I highly recommend.
On a side note, I replaced old drafty windows and patio door, and now the home is definitely more comfortable and the gas/electric...

Over the past few years, James T Markey has installed both windows and siding on my mother's home. They have done a wonderful job on both occasions. The windows have not only provided better insulation, and reduced heat and air conditioning loss, but have had a noticeable impact on noise reduction as well. The siding installation was professional, and on time. His employees, on both jobs, were neat, prompt and courteous. Both jobs were completed in a timely fashion. My mother has been extremely satisfied with the products, the professionalism, and the care of Mr. Markey, and his employees.

Markey Home Remodeling has replaced windows for us on several occasions. The professionalism and courtesy were outstanding every time, and the prices very competitive. Give them a 10.

About 6 years ago J.T. Markey installed new windows in my house -- the quality of the windows and installation were absolutely first rate. I would not hesitate to have Markey do additional work - excellent local company to do business with!

We had Markey replace all our windows with triple-pane windows.....and we were amazed and surprised by their workmanship, speed, and the quality of the windows! We had six very large, double windows; and the Markey's men came at 8 AM and they were done by 12 noon---with the windows installed, all the floors and rooms vacuumed clean, and the older windows removed. Since then we've recommended Markey again and again to all our friends. In a word, they are great---and we'd use them again...anytime for almost any project!

Both our windows and siding were completed remodeled by Jame's company two years ago. They did an excellent job and provided good follow up service. This is a good company we can trust, and we have recommended them to our neighbors.

James T. Markey installed, yesterday 24 windows in my home. I have to say that they look FABULOUS!! Everything from my first initial visit with Mr. Markey himself, to the guys showing up on time, and to the workmanship it was all OUTSTANDING. It just gave my home a whole new look on the outside, as well as on the inside. I would give the company 5 STARS.

Absolutely the best contractor I have worked with. They were prompt, cost effective, thoroughly professional, and super. I used them to change all the windows in my house and it was 100% perfect. They went the extra mile and spent more than an hour taking care of a misaligned frame in one location that was an issue with my home (not their window) until they got it to fit. No extra charge. Two of my neighbors have also used them over the years and recommended them to me. And now I am a fan too.

Over approx. 10 yrs. Markey has "supplied & installed" various types of windows for us on 6 different projects; approx. 70 windows in total on three houses.
Each experience was EXCELLENT; that is, on schedule, quality products & field workmanship, courteous, professional, neat indoors & outdoors, great prices, and no surprises or hidden costs.

I had Markey remove triple windows and replace them in two locations in my home. They were in and out in one day and did a great job. I work in construction management and would not hesitate to recommend them. Pricing was good, I like the product and the installation crew was excellent.

Had 2 LARGE triple windows installed in front of my home. In and out in one day, VERY professional work....And left no mess behind! Great job. Kyle and Eric were excellent.
