Markey Windows Doors & More LLC

Markey installed new windows in our home over 10 years ago. The windows have been great, but the seal between panes broke on one window. We have a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer, but when I called Markey, they told me the manufacturer went bankrupt years ago. Still, Markey measured the window, had a new glass insert made, and then came out and installed the insert in the existing window frame. They were prompt, courteous, and did not charge us for this. Fantastic service!

Bought Okna brand, awning windows for bedrooms. I did research and although they (Okna) are a very small company, the windows are well made and superior. Markey was only store in area to carry them. Markey crew were very professional, did work in a timely manner and cleaned up all debris. I am satisfied with windows and installment.

When we first had replacement windows and new doors installed several years ago, Markey arrived on time and finished the job completely in just a few hours. Ever since, we've been very happy with the windows and doors. Whenever I need a few adjustments or repairs, all I have to do is call them and they get back to me right away. Andrew has come a few times, the last time within minutes, to make minor adjustments to the windows when I've misaligned them, and he always does so quickly and efficiently. I'm very happy that we chose Markey for our replacement windows, and I would gladly recommend them to everyone!

This fall we had all our windows and a patio door upgraded and replaced by James Markey. We have been very pleased with the quality of the windows by Okna but particularly by James Markey's service and responsiveness. They worked with us to make sure final installation was perfect and clearly showed that they care about the quality of their work. We had minor issues with a scratch on a window and patio door adjusting and these were resolved 100% professionally. Ryan, Rob and Andrew were quality guys, each taking the time in their respective roles to get the job done for us. I would recommend Markey to others.

The home improvement crew did an excellent job on the siding repairs to my daughters home. The initial estimate was very thorough and the final cost was reasonable for the work requested. Did a great job fixing my bathroom window. Went out of his way to make sure ti was fix and even left to get something and even came back where didn't have to wait the next day or make an appointment to came back. He came back. He finish fixing the window to make sure if will never break again. Also wish and clean my bathroom window. While she was at my home, I ask him a question about buying a storm door on my enclosed porch. He stop and give explained everything to me and gave me great advice.

Markey sided our ranch a few years ago. The job looks as good now as they day they finished. Everyone was great, from the salesmen to the workers to Mr. Markey himself. Huge job completed & everything cleaned up in 3 days.

I had two sliding doors installed. The experience was pleasant from start to finish. The initial measuring was done, and Ryan Caruso took all the time necessary to answer every question I had. I then stopped at their Bridgewater location to take a closer look at the doors. Again, the help I received was patient, straight-forward and informative.

I was getting the doors replaced because one set was leaking on my deck into the room below. I expressed my concerns and they took notes on this issue and said they would ensure that the seals were done to ensure the leak would be stopped. When the installation was done, the crew was aware of the issue and took particular steps to work on the issue.

Even almost ten years after installation, they stand by their work & materials. This past year, when one window's exterior materials were found to be sun damaged, Andrew took the time to follow up with the original manufacturer (under warranty) to get that window replaced. The installation team of today was as professional as the guys were back in 2007. I highly recommend this company if you desire quality, skill, and care in your own window installation.
