Mario was amazing. He drove around with us for DAYS all over Virginia Beach, Suffolk, Hampton, NN and who knows where else. We couldn’t find something we loved and we’re pretty set against new construction. However, Mario talked us into “just looking” at a new construction lot. It’s been just over a year now that we’ve lived in our new construction house and we can honestly say it’s the very best decision we could have made. We LOVE our house and the neighborhood is incredible. Not to mention property values have already increased. If Mario suggests something, DEFINITELY listen!
