Maid Brigade has been thorough, very professional, easy to communicate with and very responsive to our needs. When we need them (on-call/weekly/monthly), to whatever degree we need them (party/deep-clean/maintenance), they've been available. They were also very fast, pro-active and clear about how they were responding to the COVID19 crisis. They wear masks/gloves/shoe-coverings in the home, pay extra attention to knobs/handles, use approved disinfecting cleaners, and according to their statements, are caring for their employees in this time as well. To my delight, they also use eco-friendly practices to reduce the toxic chemical and plastic waste footprint of each cleaning. We are very happy to have found Maid Brigade 🙌

I had an incredible experience with Maid Brigade last week. I recently had my heating ducts routinely cleaned, in preparation of a newborn joining our family very soon. It was an unexpectedly horrible ordeal, and left black dust all over my home. After trying to frantically clean the mess, I realized it was a bigger job than I could handle. I called Maid Brigade and spoke to Robin over the phone, who reassured me and sent a team to evaluate my home within 5 minutes of our conversation. Gary and partner assessed the home, and had a cleaning team ready for us by that afternoon. The 3 ladies who came to clean did a phenomenal job; I was so impressed with how thorough they were. Everyone understood how distressed I was, and how important it was to clean specific areas of the home in preparation for a new baby.
