Maid Brigade

We've used Maid Brigade twice so far, once for a deep clean and once for a regular biweekly. The deep clean was way more thorough than anything I can recall with another service, but what really impressed me was the biweekly clean was just as comprehensive. Also, they don't take all day which is kind of a miracle considering how clean and tidy everything appears afterwards. 10/10 recommend

The cleaning is outstanding, but it's the customer service where Maid Brigade shines even brighter. They have been incredibly flexible for us during CoVid times when family members were unpredictably sometimes home for school or work and we needed to change dates and times. Also, I would normally not reach out if something was missed in the cleaning but they actively seek out your feedback. They want to know how they can do better each and every time. The cleaning teams are lovely and efficient. The people who run the business end of things are amazing. Kind. Friendly. Professional. Always quick to respond. We also feel very valued even though we're not always weekly customers. This is why we switched to Maid Brigade in the first place. They also have great and reassuring CoVid protocols. Maid Brigade is a fantastic business with great people.

As a new mom, I have no time to keep up with cleaning. Working with Maid Brigade has been wonderful. I love that I get weekly reminders and can reschedule or cancel with ease. Every team does a wonderful job cleaning the house and we look forward to each time they come. There are strict Covid protocols and we feel absolutely safe having them in our house with a baby.

I HIGHLY recommend Maid Brigade! They are are incredible company that wants to help its customers and community above all else. They have the most amazing cleaning supplies that are safe and good for the environment. My son has allergies to so many ingredients in cleaning products, and Maid Brigade made sure that we had supplies that are safe for him to use. They are truly life savers!!! And they are so generous and giving. During the Covid pandemic, when cleaning supplies and disinfectants were almost impossible to find, they gave theirs away to anyone who wanted it for FREE!!!! They wouldn't accept any money in return -- they only wanted to help. Robin and Gary are truly exceptional people who are caring and generous and run a terrific company.

Couldn’t be happier. I arranged for a pre-move deep clean for my boyfriend who was moving into a new condo in Nyack (I’m still in Wisconsin). Arranging the services and payment was super easy. Rachel was so helpful. My boyfriend was immensely pleased by the results. Everything was clean, from floors to cabinets, closets and drawers to appliances. They even cleaned out the fireplace. While I can’t personally attest to the work, his gushing review is enough for me!

I was in need of getting a thorough, deep cleaning for my office and Maid Brigade came highly recommended. I couldn't be happier. Gilda and Rosa were polite, professional and thorough. I've been using Maid Brigade for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier. They come every other week to perform a standard cleaning in my two-bedroom apartment and leave everything sparkling clean. I have also used them for a move-in and move-out cleaning which is so worth it! The cleaning crews are sweet and reliable and have no trouble navigating around my three cats. Finally, one of the biggest reasons I chose Maid Brigade is because they use natural, non-toxic cleaning products. And, if you ask, they'll use unscented products which is great because I'm allergic to just about everything. Highly recommend!

The Maid Brigade team is the real deal. They are punctual, professional and particular! Everything you could want! The teams that have visited my house over the past few months are taking all of the covid precautions they can (booties, masks and gloves) and leaving my house clean and safe when they are done.

We are very pleased with the cleaning service provided by Maid Brigade. They have been cleaning our home monthly for the past year. We reached out initially because of their non-toxic supplies — with two small children at home, this is important to us. The cleaning teams are always thorough and work quickly. Rosa, Celia, and Elsa did an amazing job the last time our home was cleaned!! The office staff are responsive to text messages before, during and after cleanings, letting us know when the team will arrive and leave. They are also extremely accommodating and willing to work with us as we've had to shuffle days /times around due to working from home. The staff was immediately responsive to my request and scheduled a next day appointment. Throughout the entire process, from scheduling to completion, Viviana was accessible via text message. The office folks provided constant and excellent communication prior, during and after the service. The three ladies that came to clean my home did a fantastic job. They used ladders to clean areas of my home that probably have not been cleaned in many years. They were extremely thorough and courteous.
