The team is really good and fair. At my request they work around my schedule since I work from home in my basement. Only when I have my break or lunch can they vacuum down there since it makes a lot of noise. They are very professional and make sure I am completely satisfied before leaving. We all can tell that they have cleaned the house and done a good job and not cut corners. I do like it better when they come earlier in the day though because they do a better job than when they come later on when they're tired. So I do request them to come as early as possible for that reason. We've been a valuable customer for over a year now and at least now are very satisfied. There were a few instances before this new team took over where we had some complaints, but one person in particular that we had problems with has now been fired for a long time now and that has made a difference....
