Magnified Home Inspections, LLC. Are efficient, through and customer friendly. Initially they were not my first choice.. but that company turned out to be my Best Choice. They communicate well and allow you to review your report without even seeking payment first. I am thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail demonstrated during the inspection of a property I placed an offer on. The inspector walked me through a three hour inspection all the while offering valuable insight into his observations of a multitude of integral home functionality. Post inspection I was provided a comprehensive inspection report, including photos and diagrams, of concerns to take into consideration before moving forward with this purchase. Each functional concern was categorized by the immediacy for remediation as well as a suggestion of whether the cost to remediate is low, medium or high.
