Louis is a total boss. He not only told me everything about the house but he also told me what was important and why. And what wasn’t a problem but could be in the future.

He actually found something that wasn’t up to code on the first house we went under contract on. We had him do the inspection for the house we eventually bought. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

Louis visited my house to perform radon testing. He was here on time snd explained about the process in detail. Once done, his report arrived on time and he advised on the mitigation process.

I referred the company to my friend who was buying an investment property. My friend was mind blown on how detailed Louis was. 3 hours inspection on a condo is never heard of.

Louis loves what he does and you can see that explicitly in his reports. He doesn't leave anything unturned. Happily recommend him to anyone!
