We had no idea what to expect from our home inspection. Louis was thorough, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was patient with our multitude of questions. He contacted us before the inspection and had a written report right after the inspection. He even called us to ensure we understood the itemized report. We would highly recommend Louis.

Wow. Louis blew us away with how thorough and detailed he was in his home inspection. He is professional and patient (helpful when so much of this is foreign to us). The report is provided in a structured digital format that you can easily sort with pictures. He reached out after we had time to review the report to make sure we didn’t have any other questions and has let us know we can call him anytime we have follow ups. Can not recommend Louis enough.

The written report was delivered just hours after the inspection was completed and was extremely detailed with photos of any issues observed. He also followed up with a call afterwards to answer any questions that I had and even offered to answer any questions in the future as well.
