Wonderful experience with Made In the Shade. They installed roller shades in our breakfast nook along with an awning over our deck. Great communication and products. Five stars!

We got automatic honeycomb blinds (13 total), an exterior door with a window with internal blinds, and a shutter 3 years ago and every step with this company was easy. We've had some issues with the blinds (due to the company that makes the blinds and it was all covered under the warranty). Made in the shade always sends someone out fast to try to fix the issues. They've had to submit requests for the company to remake a lot of the blinds at various points and their customer service throughout is always top notch. They wouldn't even let me pay a trip fee for their time. We will definitely be using this company anytime we need window treatments. Any issues we have had with our blinds have been manufacturing defects that are outside of their control, but they still handle it with professionalism, speed, and an apology as if they were responsible for it.

Made in the Shade installed automated screens on our back patio to block the sun and also provide a fully enclosed space to protect our furniture. There was a manufacturing defect on one of the shade components that was identified the day of the install so they were unable to complete everything that day, but the manufacturer quickly sent the repair parts and MITS finished the install in short order. We received a separate quote from another local company and MITS was over 30% less cost for the exact same product. So far we are very pleased with our automated patio shades!

We'd contacted several other local outdoor blinds' companies before deciding to hire Made in the Shade to install a large blind on our back porch. Unlike their competitors, Made in the Shade's team responded promptly, offered suggestions about which blind and fabric would work best, provided us with a reasonable estimate for the materials and labor, and subsequently installed the porch blind as promised. We were very pleased with their professionalism and sincerity and would highly recommend Made in the Shade to anyone interested in instaling newe shades or blinds.

I found out about MITS from a flier I received in the mail and eventually had two types of blinds placed in my home, zebra blinds and plantation shutters. They look so beautiful and fit perfectly. I am pleased with the work they did, from quote/consultation to the follow up and confirmation of my satisfaction and fulfillment of my order.
