This is an excellent service provider for ceramic coatings or wraps to keep a new car paint job pristine with proper care. Luis spends quite a bit of time on customer education, and has an great support staff. I'm very pleased with the work done to protect the matte finish on my new Hyundai Ioniq 5 Limited electric car.

I have brought 5 of my own vehicle here and referred others. They have done an amazing on every single car. Customer service has been exceptional with making me feel comfortable by greeting me by name as soon as I walk through the door and offering me coffee water. Explaining the process and helping me decide on what would work best for my needs. The owner remembered me from day one and treats me like we have been best buds for years by checking on me and family before we even get done to busy.

I took my new Tesla Y to Luxury Image to get the windows tinted. I called them up and was given a ballpark quote and a time that worked for me to bring it in. When I showed up they went over all the options available and some education about tinting I wasn’t aware of. They took my car straight back and gave me a pick up time. The car was ready when they said it would be which is rare these days. My car looked great! The tinter pointed out a factory defect (bubble within the glass) and said they’d re-tint that window for free if/when I decided to get it replaced. Solid! A few weeks later I called them up and told them I had the window replaced. No run around, no BS, no who are you and who told you that, just made me an appointment to re-tint the window. Brought it in and was given the same quality work and customer service as before. I highly recommend Luxury Image to anyone...

Luxury Image is the best tint shop in San Marcos! They have excellent 3M products that fit my Land Rover! I love the finish and the staffs professionalism, not to mention they did the job on time!!

Nothing but good things to say about this place! They are certified for 3M products, tint, wrap, and paint protection film. Real honest about what needs to be done and it's done right. My third time here. I've got a black 2019 BMW i3 that I bought used. I got a color correction with ceramic coating to get rid of the swirl marks. I got all around 3M tint (windshield and sunroof included) for a great deal compared to other locations. Give them a call to see what they can do for you. I needed to get my passenger window tinted again since it was replaced, it was done for $65. They really do take care of repeat customers.
