Horrible customer service. I got my M3 PPF’d here 2 years ago. I worked with someone named Luie. He told me my PPF came with a 10 year warranty warranty. After 2 years the PPF on my doors started to come off. So I came back here and asked them if they could fix it. Right away this guy named Mike said that the PPF only came with a 1 year warranty and if I was looking to get something fixed for free I could forget it. He was very rude and disrespectful. He was acting in an aggressive manner and and kept saying, “We are not going to fix anything for free”. He was very immature and disrespectful. The person that installed my PPF was Luie. But he wasn’t there that day I was dealing with immature Mike. So I left. I took my vehicle around the corner to Tint World and I told them what happened here at Luxury Image.
