Hortencia and Saraí did a job worth a million bucks. I had a smell in my house that -- no matter how much I changed the trash liners or sprayed Lysol or threw things away, it didn't leave. They couldn't have done a better job. The punctuality is very much appreciated and so is all that elbow grease they put into defunking that kitchen that used to embarrass me. I recently decided to hire a a cleaning company to clean my house. I asked my friends and family for recommendations and unfortunately they did not know of anyone. I was hesitant to use an unknown person. I googled and found Lupe's cleaning company. I called and left a message and was called back and given a quote for 2 levels of cleaning. I chose the deep cleaning option. Lupe was able to schedule me for a Tuesday ( I called on a Saturday). She informed me she would send 2 people for 3 hours at 8:30 am. They were prompt and professional. I had to leave my house at 10 am while they were still cleaning. When i returned home my house looked beautiful. Every room was dusted, base boards cleaned, light and fans cleaned, floors vacuumed and mopped, glass showers were sparkling clean, stove, oven and fridge were deep cleaned. Our elderly Mom had refused help with her house cleaning for years, and it was in need of a deep and thorough cleaning.

I sent Lupe's an online inquiry, and received a quick response and then phone call. I appreciated the various options for service I was given, such as number of technicians and number of hours I thought were needed.

The communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and Lupe herself is very pleasant and caring over the phone.

The day of the cleaning I received a call from Nate, one of the technicians, that they were on the way. Once the team arrived, Nate, Kalanie and Christina worked diligently for three + hours. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, window sills, light fixtures, baseboards all perfectly clean!

My parents' house needed to be deep cleaned, and I found Lupe's Cleaning services on Google. They were very quick to respond via call and text which was greatly appreciated. The cleaning crew showed up on time and did a great job in the 4 hours they were here. I appreciated Lupe's open communication with her pricing and I am very thankful she understood the position I was in trying to convince my Dad that these services were worth it. I highly recommend them. They weren't able to get everything done, because the house is so big, and my Dad could only handle 4 hours, but they focused on the floors and bathrooms at our request, and I appreciated their flexibility in prioritizing that for us. This was by far the best deep cleaning my house has ever had. From the quick response to my first email through the final walk through, Lupe was completely upfront regarding the tasks completed and the cost. She gave me plenty of notice that my extra dirty house would take longer than first estimated, which I totally expected given my long-haired dog, long-haired daughter, crafting mishaps, cooking adventures, and no professional cleaning for months.

Victoria and Xan were consummate professionals. They arrived on time, walked through the whole house before starting asking questions to clarify my needs, communicated with me hourly with updates on their progress, and walked through the whole house at the end to confirm my expectations were exceeded.
