I contacted Lupe’s cleaning service a couple of weeks ago to do a basic cleaning.

Customer service: They were professional, friendly, and quick to respond. They were able to accommodate me by allowing me to do a basic cleaning and a deep cleaning for certain areas in my home.

Availability: Lupe’s availability was impressive. They offered to get someone that same day. I opted for the following day.

Service: Lilia was amazing! Professional, honest and friendly. Her work was spotless and I cannot thank her enough for helping us clean our home! Thank you, Lilia!

Overall, I would highly recommend Lupe’s.

Maria and her team are truly amazing. Simple, genuine and trustworthy. I would 100% refer her to anyone out there looking for quality service!

This is my first time using Lupe’s Cleaning Services… I used the cleaning services to surprise my son who was not only surprised but excited at the amazing job that was done especially in the kitchen and bathroom.

I would like to Thank Miriam and Noemi for the excellent job that they did to clean my son’s house. They took their time cleaning and did exactly what I needed to be done. The house looks great and he was really happy. I will definitely use Lupe’s Cleaning Service not just for my son’s place, I will schedule biweekly cleaning services for My House as well.

Impressive. I was extremely happy with the service. They picked up the phone and scheduled me for the very next day. Showed up on time ready to go. The whole experience was very professional but friendly too. Lilia and Miriam were great. Girls work super fast and efficient and were careful with my things. They cleaned my kitchen, front room and bathroom. Got all the hard water soap scum off the shower tile. Did all my cabinets, appliances, fridge and stove, too. My stovetop was filthy and looks brand new now. Everything smells good and looks shiny. Best part is they followed my instructions especially not to use chemicals on my new polished concrete floor. I will be recommending them to my mother in law. We've both tried other maids who straight up just don't show up! I'm so excited to have found Lupe's.

Needed a deep cleaning for the place we were moving out from in La Habra. When I called to get some information and an estimate, it was super easy to do. Lupe called me right away and gave me a fair quote. Scheduling was smooth. I had to reschedule for a date sooner than what we agreed on and that was easy too. The ladies arrived on the day we planned and a few hours later I got a call and text that the job was done. When we went to do our walk through, it looked and smelled amazing. Our old rental is now move in ready for the property management. I will definitely call them again for our new place. Lupe and her staff are professional and friendly. Thank you again!

If you’re interested in a rant based purely on my own personal opinions detailing who this service is ideal for and who may want to look into other options, read on.

If you need a paper trail and documentation (think cleaning related to insurance claims or business tax write-offs) this is the cleaning service for you. If you’re concerned about safety and security or keep valuables in your home, also a great company as they boast staff background checks. If your project is time sensitive, you need a team in order to get it done in a small time frame or need to book last minute, you’ve found your match!

Now, if you’re like me and the above items are not of much importance to you, you could end up with some buyer’s remorse when...

I recently had Lupe’s Cleaning service start work at my home. they are very professional. they respond to all communication quickly and cheerfully. the cleaning was done with care and was thorough. I highly recommend their service and will be looking forward to their regular service in the future

Lelei, did an amazing job! She went above and beyond in cleaning our kitchen cabinets, tile floor, stove top, microwave inside and out, and glass doors. She cleaned blinds in dining room, and blinds on front door as well as glass. She cleaned master bed room's blinds, bathroom, his and her sinks, counter tops in both bathrooms, tubs, and showers. Both bathrooms were immaculate. Vacuumed carpet in master bedroom and mopped tile floors in master and guest bathrooms. The floors were spotless. Cleaned wooden floor in master bedroom closet. Cleaned sliding glass doors in master bedroom, and vacuumed master bedroom carpet. Cleaned wooden floors in hallway, dining room, and entrance at front door. Cleaned glass and blinds on front door. We are extremely pleased with the job Lelei did. Lupé, she's an asset to your Company.

I’ve never used any cleaning services before so I cannot compare but wow, they really made an amazing first impression and earned my trust. I was very embarrassed by how dirty and messy things were. Life just got busy and my home got out of hands. However, not once did any of the professional ladies made me feel ashamed or uncomfortable.

I truly respect what Lupe’s cleaning services did for me, it means more than they know. Sure I could have put some gloves on and did some cleaning myself, but honestly I would never cover as much as they did in the time that they did or as effectively! Elisa and Karla were fantastic! Did my first deep cleaning service and did not regret. Elisa was right on time, Karla arrived a little k late but she stayed longer to make up for it. Both gals are hard workers and highly recommend Lupe’s, especially these two ladies.
