What can I say about this company.... first, I called Lupe in December as my current company was getting ready to move. We scheduled our first cleaning, but between the phone call and the date of our first service, my dad had a stroke, and I needed to cancel. She was so kind and understanding and had no problem what so ever canceling our initial service. After a few weeks, my dad is doing great, and I again called to have my house cleaned. She completely remembered me and had her girl out the following Monday (which is today). Jessica came out (on time) and got right to work. My house is so clean and smells great. Jessica was so kind and professional and thorough. Maybe even more thorough than my last company, which we've had for over 20 years. I will 100% be a forever customer. I called Lupe for her cleaning services, and she was extremely friendly and professional. Walked me through the steps, costs, and what the deep cleaning would entail. On the day of the cleaning, Kalanie and Jessica arrived right on time and were great. They did a thorough job cleaning the entire home, and we were very happy with the services. I recently moved to La Habra a few months ago and I have been in search of a great and reliable cleaning service. After getting a good recommendation from one of the neighbors, I decided to try Lupe's Cleaning Service. When I called for a quote, I was very nicely greeted by Lupe! She was very warm and friendly and talked me through the options for cleaning service. Today was our first cleaning, and I must say, I'm very very happy with the results. All of the appliances look brand new, the counter-tops are sparkling, and the floors are spot free! The two technicians were very friendly and attentive to what I wanted them to focus on. I’m a full time working parent and part time student, my spouse works full time and travels for work, and having someone help with house cleaning means not stressing over when/if it gets done. Honestly, I tried finding house cleaning services twice before and they didn’t work out - one could only schedule on weekends and that doesn’t work for my family, the other I couldn’t get in touch with after two phone calls and a calendar appointment for consultation. I may not be the only customer lost by that business.
